	Tuition fees are payable by EPS or cheques only. Please keep all of your receipts. 本校只接受EPS或支票作為繳交學費的方法。請保存所有收據。
	Please make cheques payable to “Native English Learning Centre Limited”. 如用支票繳交學費時，請付“Native English Learning Centre Limited”。
	Tuition fees are charged on a monthly basis and varied by the number of lessons (e.g. 3, 4 or 5) on the calendar. Tuition fees are also payable before the first day of each month. 本校學費是以一個月為準則，而學費將根據月曆每月提供三、四或五節課堂而繳付。請於上一個月尾之前繳交學費。
	Tuition fees are not transferrable and deductible if a student skips a lesson. 學生如缺課，學費將不能轉讓或扣除。
	We regret that we cannot give refunds for classes already paid for except in case of closure and cessation of the course. 除了學校或課程停辦外，所有已付繳的學費不會退還，敬請原諒。
	Two weeks advance notice must be given if students wish to stop taking any courses at our centre. 如要退學，請於退學前兩星期通知本校。

Holidays, Weather and Make-up classes
假期、天氣及補堂

	We are closed on Sundays and all public holidays. 本校於所有公眾假期及星期日休息。
	When typhoon signal No. 3, amber or red rain warning signal is hoisted, classes will NOT be cancelled. However, parents should make their own decisions as to whether it is safe for their children to attend classes. 當3號颱風或暴雨警告懸掛時，本校會如常上課，但家長必須考慮當時的天氣情況，自行決定是否回校上課。
	Classes are cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. Parents will be informed to pick up their children as soon as possible. If typhoon signal No. 8 is lowered before 4 p.m., all classes will resume 2 hours later. 當8號或更高的颱風懸掛時，本校所有堂課將會取消。請家長盡快接學生回家。如8號颱風在當日下午四時前取消，所有堂課將會兩小時後復課。
	When the black rain warning is issued, all classes are cancelled but will resume 2 hours later as long as it is lowered before 4 p.m. However, classes that have already started will continue. If the black rain warning is still in force at the end of the lesson, students may remain at the centre up to but no later than the end of business hours. 當黑色暴雨警告懸掛時，本校所有堂課將會取消。如警告在當日下午四時前取消，所有堂課將會兩小時後復課。學生應留在室內或可於辦公時間內留在本校。
	We regret that we cannot arrange make-up classes or give refunds for these occurrences. 所有因為以上情況而取消的堂課，是不會得到補堂或退還堂費。
	Students who miss classes due to medical reasons or travelling, can arrange to attend make-up classes, if it is feasible and the weekly scheduling permits. A doctor’s note should also be provided. However we cannot guarantee a make-up class on the same course that your child is attending. Please inform us in advance in such cases so we may make the necessary arrangements. Besides, make-up classes can only be arranged when the students are still enrolling in our regular courses. 學生如請病假，請盡快通知本校和出示醫生證明，本校會作出適當的時間補堂。請家長盡量配合本校按排的補堂時間。最後，持續報課本校課程的學生，才可獲安排補堂。
